What is the timeframe during this transition period of old booklet to next generation booklet?
Show Answer [+]Please continue to use the old booklet for homeowners that are already under contract and have received a copy of the old booklet. The next generation booklet should be used for homeowners entering contracts on May 1st, 2019 going forward. However, do not be concerned if the incorrect booklet is used during the transition. In the event of a claim, 2-10 HBW will handle the claim using whichever booklet best benefits the homeowner.

What do I do with my old booklets?

How do I get my new booklets?

Why did you define Unsafe, Unsanitary and Unlivable (UUU)?
Show Answer [+]We chose to be the first warranty company in the industry to define Unsafe, Unsanitary and Unlivable. We know it's important for both builders and homeowners to fully understand the situations in which their home may contain actual physical damage (a structural defect) to extent the home becomes Unsafe, Unsanitary or otherwise Unlivable.
