You can cancel your Service Agreement at any time by calling 720.531.6729 and pressing 5.
You may be eligible for a refund, depending on your date of cancelation and whether 2-10 HBW has paid any claims during your Agreement’s term. Please refer to the 2-10 HBW Terms and Conditions for more specific details.
When purchasing your home warranty, you have the option to pay in full or make monthly payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. A processing fee is added to manage the monthly payment process.

Additionally, we strongly recommend that you have a licensed HVAC technician inspect your system when you’re under contract for a home. Mechanical tests and visual inspections for this complex system are best left to the professionals.
Yes. When renewing a home warranty, you have the option to pay in full or make monthly payments. If you choose to pay monthly, 2-10 HBW will automatically withdraw payments from the account on file. A processing fee is added to manage the monthly payment process.
Mobile homes located on a permanent foundation are eligible for enrollment in the 2-10 HBW Structural Warranty program for Manufactured/Modular homes and for service under a 2-10 HBW Home Warranty Service Agreement.
Systems and appliances located in park model RVs, fifth wheels, motor homes, travel trailers, and campers not on a permanent foundation are not eligible for coverage.
Updating your credit card is safe and secure at 2-10.com/sign-in/. Once logged in, select the appropriate property if you have more than one Service Agreement. Next, go to the Billing tab and update your payment information and click save changes.
We recommend a home warranty even if your appliances are newer. A big reason is that once the manufacturer’s warranty expires, you’d need to purchase an extended warranty on each and every appliance. That can get expensive and hard to track.
