Get started on your membership
Before purchasing structural coverage for every home you build, you'll need to become a 2-10 Builder Member. Simply submit this form, and we'll help you with the rest.
Complete an application
Once you've submitted the form, the next step will be to complete your membership application. We'll need a few pieces of information, including but not limited to:
- Number of homes built the past 3 years
- Average sales price
- Estimated number of homes you plan to sell/close on and enroll in the 2-10 program

Receive your approval and start enrolling homes
Once your application is approved, you'll receive your builder membership number and your online login credentials to easily enroll your homes and manage your warranty coverage.
