Contact 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty today to get a quote, view coverage details for your area or get help with your account setup to start enrolling homes. If you'd like to get started on your own, just follow the steps below.

  1. Register

    To easily enroll homes online you’ll need to create an account in Agent Portal. If you need assistance, you can call Real Estate Support at 720.531.6723

  2. Choose coverage

    After you login to Agent Portal, click on “Enroll Coverage” and select to enroll Seller coverage or Buyer coverage.

  3. Enter details and options

    Enter the property address to look it up, then enter the required property and homeowner details. Select coverage and any additional options, then click “Finish” to complete the enrollment.

  4. Payment

    Upon completing the enrollment, you will receive an email confirmation and an Escrow Demand Invoice with the applicable charges. Payment will be due at closing.
