McCalle Fryar, one of the most decorated and successful employees at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10 HBW), is a finalist for the 2022 National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Young Professionals (YP) Award.

What is the Young Professionals Award?
According to the NAHB, winners of the award “represent the future of the industry and will set new standards for the support and growth of home building.”
Why is McCalle a finalist for the NAHB YP Award?
According to the NAHB, each finalist “has exuded the hard work, dedication, and outstanding potential as they continue to serve as young leaders in their local region and the industry.”
Specifically, McCalle has done several things that have warranted her being a finalist for this award, including:
- Her continuing work with HomeAid in Houston and Austin
- Her advocacy for the home-building industry
- Unparalleled engagement with her peers
- Her establishment as an exceptional member of her community
In addition to her incredible work at 2-10 HBW—providing the industry’s leading structural warranty and support to home builders—McCalle is a leader in her community.
Most recently, McCalle—as Chairperson of the HomeAid’s Amazing Ladies Organization—welcomed more than 550 accomplished women in support of the homeless and at-risk communities in Houston.
This isn’t McCalle’s first nomination for doing the right thing
Back in 2021, McCalle was the winner of the Excellence Under 45 Award from the Texas Association of Builders (TAB). This award recognized her leadership and contributions to the building industry, as well as her contributions to HomeAid, a leading national non-profit provider of housing and resources for people experiencing homelessness.
McCalle’s dedication to excellence and doing the right thing are being recognized once again.
When are the winners announced?
The winners will be announced at the International Builders Show on Monday, January 30, during the National Young Professionals Committee meeting.
