Will my login and password remain the same?
Yes. Your login (also your builder number) and password for Builder Portal will not change. Visit 2-10.com/builder and enter your current login information on the upper left side of the screen.
How do I enroll my homes?
You’ll enroll your homes just as you did before; however, we’ve listened to your feedback and simplified the home enrollment process. To save you time, we’ve eliminated some of the questions from the Application for Home Enrollment, or Notification of Closing for our New Jersey builders.
Will I be able to view the status of my enrollments and projects from the old system?
Absolutely. When the new Builder Portal launches, all of your historical enrollments and projects will be available for viewing.
Why are you making these changes?
We’re working hard to make doing business with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® easy. We’ve updated the design, making forms easier to complete, streamlined applications for membership and home enrollments and added features such as online Letter of Acceptance requests.
