About Jason
Jason Specht is an Account Executive for the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10) Resale Division covering Philadelphia, Delaware, and Central New Jersey.
Jason has many years of experience as a REALTOR® and in real estate sales, which allows him to offer unique solutions to the challenges real estate agents face. He takes pride in his ability to build relationships, communicate clearly with his clients, and share the knowledge his clients need to make the best decisions for their businesses.
“My years of experience in the real estate industry have taught me the importance and need for a home warranty,” Jason says. “I am knowledgeable and kind, and I am willing to go above and beyond for my clients.”
Outside of his work with 2-10, Jason likes to spend time with his wife Nikki and their three amazing children. He’s a diehard Eagles fan; an avid drummer who’s toured the US, Canada, and Europe with his band; and loves making artistic drawing videos with his kids on their YouTube drawing channel.
