I understand I can obtain a copy of the warranty booklet and all information about the related warranty terms and warranty limit by calling Home Buyers Warranty Corporation (2-10 Home Buyers Warranty) at 855.429.2109 at any time, including before completing this acknowledgement. I also understand that 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty is the warranty administrator providing certain support and administrative services associated with the warranty on my home, and is not the warrantor or guarantor of any of the builder’s obligations regarding the workmanship, systems, and/or structural defect warranties covering the home, as stated in detail in the warranty booklet. I further understand and acknowledge that all disputes are subject to the binding arbitration process described in the warranty booklet.
